About

Trust. Transparency. Choice.

Go Lend connects kiwi retail investors with smart, transparent, and competitive opportunities – secured by first mortgages.

Our Story

It all started with a simple belief.

After years in property investing, the system felt broken – with minimal cash returns, constant tax changes, uncertainties and complications. We knew there must be a better way. So we created Go Lend.

Go Lend was built on the simple belief that smart retail investors should have access to smarter returns. Access to opportunities based on transparency, trust, and choice – not low returns, ambiguous funds, or complex products.

Today, Go Lend is a thriving live marketplace. Retail investors can choose where their money goes, and control their capital, returns, and diversification – all while helping real kiwis access the funds they need to move forward.

That’s what makes Go Lend the home of smart mortgage investing.

Our values

What drives us.

Trusted

Go Lend commits its own funds to settle every approved loan. All loans, security, and loan payments are held with our nominated trustee company, GLG Trustees Limited, which is audited annually.

Transparent

You have full visibility of the loan opportunities available. You get to choose the loans you want to fund yourself, so you know exactly where your money has been invested.

Smart

Go Lend helps New Zealanders leverage the real estate knowledge they already have, and use it to start building a property-secured lending portfolio.

Secured

All investments made with Go Lend are secured by a first-ranking mortgage over specific real estate assets.
